How do I contact your company if my question is not answered?

What happens after ordering?
We will allocate your order, package it, label it, and send it off via our courier to you.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Our system generates an automatic order confirmation once you’ve placed your order. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder. Still not there? Reach out to us here.
I received a defective product. What do I do?
Please contact us as soon as you recognize something is wrong with your product. You can reach us here.
What can cause my order to be delayed?
Delays may occur due to courier service issues, national holidays, payment verification, or natural disasters.
Delivery takes between 5-12 or 7-14 working days, depending on your location. Please note that sometimes delivery might take longer due to factors such as payment on hold, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all our orders from the USA, UK, and Asia. Occasionally, we may ship from outside these regions based on availability.
Do you accept international cards?
Yes, we process all credit and debit cards through Authorize.Net and Paypal.
What are tax duties, and do I have to pay them?
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order that ships to their country, the buyer is responsible for abiding by the country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
What is the Return Policy?
Our return policy allows you to return any product within 30 days of receiving it. The product must remain in unused, original condition, and in its original packaging. If we receive a damaged or worn product, we will be unable to process your return. We offer free returns on all our products. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
If you don’t love the product you bought from us, we’ll take it back. Please contact us at orders@wristappeal.co or use the contact form on our Contact page as soon as possible. We will then make all the necessary arrangements. IMPORTANT: We do not return or refund purchases made by mistake. If you do not agree to this, please do not shop with us.
Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?
Yes, you can. If you wish to exchange a product, you need to return the product you purchased to us first. Then, we will issue you a store credit to use on your account. Once you receive the store credit, you can use it within 6 months to make a new purchase.
What is the warranty period?
